G44 Order Archive Privacy Notice
Last updated: 31 October 2026
Scope
This notice describes the Google Drive connection used by G44 Order Archive. It covers this administrator integration, not the store’s complete checkout, payment, cookie or customer-service practices.
Information processed
The integration processes the Google authorisation tokens needed to maintain the connection, archive folder and file identifiers, file metadata and file contents used to verify uploads. It uses the limited Google Drive drive.file permission for files created or otherwise authorised for this app.
The files copied from WooCommerce include personalised artwork and mockups, the name or gamer tag entered for the design, the chosen turret tag, order and item identifiers, and design settings. The archive’s design-details file does not include billing addresses, shipping addresses, payment details or the customer’s email address.
Purpose and storage
These files are used to retain the ordered design and prepare it for manual production and fulfilment. They are stored in the connected administrator’s Google Drive and on the site’s hosting while local copies are retained. When automatic cleanup is enabled, local artwork and transparent text-layer masters may be removed 30 days after a paid order is marked completed, only after the private Google Drive copies are verified again. Small previews, design details and order records remain on the website. Administrators can download the verified masters from Drive or restore their local copies. The integration never automatically deletes Google Drive files. Pending orders, failed archives, shared designs and legacy database designs are retained for manual review.
The connection credentials and tokens are stored encrypted in the WordPress database using keys derived from the installation’s salts. Administrative access to the site and connected Google account remains important to protecting this information.
Access and sharing
Google processes the archived files as the Drive storage provider. The integration does not create public sharing links or grant access to additional Drive users. Access can also depend on permissions the account owner configures separately.
The integration does not use Google user data for advertising, sell it, or send it to AI services. Artwork may be downloaded by the store administrator for editing and submission to the chosen production provider as part of fulfilling an order.
Retention, revocation and deletion
Archive files remain until the administrator removes them or a separately configured retention policy applies. Revoking the app’s access in the Google Account permissions settings stops future authorised access, but does not itself remove files already saved to Drive or copies retained on the website. The owner can manage those copies separately.
For questions about this integration or requests concerning personal information in an archived design, contact johnny.belmond@gmail.com. Please provide the order reference and avoid including passwords or Google authorisation tokens.
Changes
This notice will be updated when the integration’s data handling or retention behaviour changes.
