G44 Order Archive

G44 Order Archive is an administrator-only integration used by G44 Official to copy personalised product-design files from its WooCommerce store to a private Google Drive archive. It supports preparing customer artwork for manual fulfilment.

Only the store administrator connects a Google account. Customers do not sign in with Google or grant access to their own Google Drive.

The integration requests the Google Drive drive.file permission. Its archive workflow creates a private archive folder and order folders, uploads design files, and reads file contents and metadata for verification. It does not request permission to access the entire Google Drive account.

Each archived order item contains its artwork, transparent text layer, mockup, thumbnail and design-details file. The order screen links the administrator to the corresponding private Drive folder. Files are not made public by the integration.
